After church, I took a friend to the Food Warehouse to stock up on Slimming World meals, a little trip that helps both of us stay prepared. I then headed to Mum’s, taking a couple of meals along to share with her. We spent the afternoon together, cooking them up, chatting, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It was a gentle reminder that this journey isn’t just about food, but about sharing time and support with those we love.

Reflections
Today balanced structure and flexibility perfectly. A filling, Free Slimming World meal at lunch, plenty of fresh fruit in the evening, and a mindful snack kept everything on track. The joy of the day came from weaving Slimming World into real life, sharing meals with Mum and building memories without falling into the trap of a take away.
